For all orders under ₹5000, there is a flat shipping charge of ₹250. Order above ₹5000, do not incur shipping charges. However, for all furniture orders, there will be a shipping fee payable by clients, which will be communicated at the time of placing an order, based on volume.

To reduce the environmental impact & wastage on packing, we send out all the items in one package generally. However, in case of an item taking much longer than usual to dispatch, we will send the rest of your order earlier.

You can simply enter the desired address on the shipping information page at checkout. You can manually put in whichever address you want the products to get delivered at.

Yes we do. For international orders the shipping fee is based on the volume & weight of the package, and the country being shipped to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be on actuals, and will be your responsibility.

If you have ordered many products with different processing times, please consider the longest lead time. To reduce packaging and keep our environmental impact lower, we will ship your entire order as one package.

Shipment times on your order begin after the production times. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered. However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.

You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting at our store within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9007072724 between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST or email us on knock-knock@kajikids.in with your order number, date of transaction and image of the product.

Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/complaint as we deem fit.

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it has not been shipped and it is not a personalised or made-to-order item. Yes, many of our items can be gift wrapped! At a nominal charge  you can now present your gift just the way you’d like it! Your gift will be beautifully wrapped in tissue and put inside our signature reusable printed drawstring sacks. A personalized notecard with your message completes the look. You will receive an email from us after the payment is made and the order is placed. This email will include the order number and details about the products and shipment.

We use all natural fabrics and water based inks for printing, so slight fading is normal over the course of time. However, we recommend avoiding the use of powerful detergents or bleaching agents, and dry naturally in the shade to retain the original colour and print quality of our products.
